My experiences with Bayonet Plumbing & AC have always been excellent. I recently had the me out to replace two kitchen sink water cut off valves. The company communicated before and after. Their tech was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the work in a very timely manner. Any mess created was cleaned up and the left better than when he arrived. He even provided me with some insights on other plumbing jobs I have going on.
Had AC service today, had a clogged line. Called BAYONET after 6 pm last night and they were able to give me an appt the following day. The tech, Zach, was amazing. He was so friendly and explained everything he was doing. Highly recommend this company (and Zach).
James was absolutely amazing! He was professional, polite, and he loves dogs (a definite plus)! When I need a plumber again (hopefully it will be a while), I will call Bayonet and request James. Thank you so very much James, you are greatly appreciated!
Bayonet was quick to get here. James B. came and switched out the water heater system in about 2 hours. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that the job involved.

Made an emergency call to Bayonet Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning after attempting to change out the valves under a bathroom vanity when the pipe in the wall broke off. The call center staff was friendly and professional, quickly assessed the problem and set up an appointment that night. Their awesome technician, Jared Bytatus, came by at 8:30 pm to do the repair and did a terrific job! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and finished up in a few hours. Thanks to Jared we now have running water! 5 Stars. We will recommend Bayonet Plumbing Heating & A/C to all our friends and family!
I will not call any other company in Pasco. Josh Miller was my tech and I give him 5 stars. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. He took care of my issues as if it were his own. I wish more people in the world would be like him. He went above and beyond for us. Most will just do the bare minimum and let your ac brake later. Not this man. What a great representation! We will only be doing business with bayonet from here on out!
Brian was a real professional and made every effort to get the AC back online as quickly as possible. Last year I switched to Bayonet and my only regret is that I didn’t switch 5 years ago! Thank you !!
Henry was great! Came in quickly changed my motor and was kind enough to explain the updates to the parts. Offered ways to extend the life of the unit. Highly recommended Bayonet. They are the only company I work with.
Amazing support and insight from Alberto and his coworker. They were efficient and provided us with an estimated time for work to be completed setting the expectation for Customer service and ensuring we were well educated about what the possible error could have occurred for the water heater and how to avoid any possible issues for the future.
Bayonet Plumbing went above and beyond my expectations! Their technician, Albert Colon was very thorough and explained everything that was going on and what I may need to do in the future.
