My Tech Hernan was on time and explained every step of the process to him getting my A/C back up and running. He also adjusted all the vents in the townhouse for maximum comfort. He also provided tips to keep the system running properly. We were very pleased with his service.
Had a clogged toilet and Bayonet sent Alex Roca to the rescue. Contacted me via text and a call to tell me he was on the way. Arrived when he said he would.
He was training the day he came and they went right to work diagnosing the problem and had it fixed in a few minutes.
