Bayonet came out today, 5/30, to fix a filter plate on our air handler. Daniel did an incredible job. We were so impressed with his professionalism and workmanship that we decided to signed up for an annual maintenance plan. We will definitely be requesting Daniel in the future!
We called Bayonet to schedule our annual Backflow Prevention testing for Manatee County. Andrew came out the very next day. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process and completed the work in a timely manner. Highly recommend Bayonet and Andrew!
Jay Smith and his coworker did an awesome job at our house today. Very respectful and transparent on what was going on with our system. They were only her for about an hour and we are no longer sweating.
Jeremy Hulet was great! He got to my home 30 minutes earlier than my appointment, which was wonderful being that my house was 90 degrees. He was very informative about the maintenance of the air conditioner and fast at getting my house cooled off. He was also very friendly and polite.
We had the best experience with Daniel M, he was professional, quick, and efficient. He had our AC back to running in no time. We WILL definitely request him next time we need our AC serviced.

I was very pleased with Scott, the gentleman that came to perform a routine maintenance check on our AC system. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable about our system. He was very informative with regards to our systems maintenance and recommended replacement parts that was needed right away. Mr Alberth Colon came on time and well prepared to solve the plumbing problem we had in our house. He and his coworker went above and beyond solving a hidden problem wasn't diagnosed on the first inspection. Highly recommended
Russell was amazing. He was here to just fix a minor washing machine drain issue in a new home but he took time to answer my questions about the heating/AC/ water heater service recommendations. He did not push services but was kind enough to educate me. What a great employee and representative of your company. Would highly recommend their services
Todd and Jared came out and fixed a leak issue we have been chasing around for over a year. Todd re-engineered all of the drain plumbing and my mom feels so relieved not to have to worry about this anymore. They were so professional and their level of knowledge and experience was top notch. Daniel was absolutely amazing! He came promptly and answered all of our concerns, he was polite and extremely kind, as we all know living in FL and not having AC can be chaotic, Daniel came with an amazing positive vibe and simply said “I’ll get your AC back in no time don't worry I got you” and he did he absolutely delivered, Bayonet is fortunate ton have him in their team!
