Carlos Arturo Molina was excellent! He’s very experienced and provided exceptional service and professionalism. He took the time to help me understand exactly what the problem was and what he needed to do to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their A/C serviced!
I was very pleased with Scott, the gentleman that came to perform a routine maintenance check on our AC system. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable about our system. He was very informative with regards to our systems maintenance and recommended replacement parts that was needed right away. I am glad we decided to reach out to Bayonet prior to the hot and humid summer months! Having a maintenance contract with Bayonet is awesome and highly recommended! Great job!!
Mr Alberth Colon came on time and well prepared to solve the plumbing problem we had in our house. He and his coworker went above and beyond solving a hidden problem wasn't diagnosed on the first inspection. Highly recommended
Russell was amazing. He was here to just fix a minor washing machine drain issue in a new home but he took time to answer my questions about the heating/AC/ water heater service recommendations. Todd and Jared came out and fixed a leak issue we have been chasing around for over a year. Todd re-engineered all of the drain plumbing and my mom feels so relieved not to have to worry about this anymore. They were so professional and their level of knowledge and experience was top notch. Daniel was absolutely amazing! He came promptly and answered all of our concerns, he was polite and extremely kind, as we all know living in FL and not having AC can be chaotic, Daniel came with an amazing positive vibe and simply said “I’ll get your AC back in no time don't worry I got you” and he did he absolutely delivered, Bayonet is fortunate ton have him in their team!
Bayonet was quick at getting a tech out same day. Jay was very informative and professional when he came out to diagnose the issue with our HVAC. Our system is working perfectly and we are keeping cool! I would recommend 5/5 to anyone needing service to their system!
Bayonet was provides such great, trusted, efficient and friendly service. My AC Technician was Russell Bellinger and Jeff Wood. He replaced my old Thermostat and tested both Air and heat to make sure new Thermostat is working before they leave my house. THANK YOU Russell and Jeff for being an honest, knowledgeable technician. He also gave me advice to renew MVP membership - which I will consider in the future.

Nabil from the HVAC team and Victor from the plumbing team were amazing. As this is our first home, they took their time to explain proper maintenance, showed us photos of the issues we had, gave us detailed explanations of what solutions were available to us, and provided tips for long term care. John with Bayonet was very courteous and professional when he came to my home for a couple of plumbing issues. He was in and out in a half hour, with both a sink and a tub faucet fixed. Thank you, John! I also like how Bayonet sends you texts updates and a picture of the technician so you know who to be expecting.
