We had a great experience with Bayonet. Our tech Ryan came out after hours and quickly diagnosed our problem. He was able to fix our AC in under an hour. The price was fair and there was no upcharge for the visit being after hours/emergency. We will definitely use bayonet again.
Jason was a huge help! Very personable, knowledgeable and quick to resolve the issue. He kept me in the loop the entire time he was working and made sure to show me what the issue was at each step of the way. Absolutely would recommend!

John Pitman was my tech for today's service and he was quick in diagnosising the three issues I had and provided me the info on what was needed to fix them. He presented me the costs ahead of time to make sure I wanted to proceed. John is extremely professional and great to work with. We were notified prior to the technician's arrival as promised, this was very helpful. The technician was pleasant, efficient and respectful of our home. He was the first Bayonet technician to bring us a new air filter, first time in eight years. He worked quickly and quietly, overall a very good experience.
Bayonet came out today, 5/30, to fix a filter plate on our air handler. Daniel did an incredible job. We were so impressed with his professionalism and workmanship that we decided to signed up for an annual maintenance plan. We will definitely be requesting Daniel in the future!
We called Bayonet to schedule our annual Backflow Prevention testing for Manatee County. Andrew came out the very next day. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process and completed the work in a timely manner. Highly recommend Bayonet and Andrew!
Jay Smith and his coworker did an awesome job at our house today. Very respectful and transparent on what was going on with our system. They were only her for about an hour and we are no longer sweating.
Jeremy Hulet was great! He got to my home 30 minutes earlier than my appointment, which was wonderful being that my house was 90 degrees. He was very informative about the maintenance of the air conditioner and fast at getting my house cooled off. He was also very friendly and polite.
