Michael was concise, professional, well-spoken, thorough, and very informative. He was a gentleman through and through, respectful, and meticulous about cleaning behind him and disinfecting. Thankfully, the water heater temp just needed to be turned up and some light cleaning around the thermocoupler. Very satisfied with Sierra Pacific!!

Employees are very good to work with.On March 4, 2020, Joel S. provided a 29-point Tune up on the HVAC system we had installed September 30th of last year. This was the first of two complementary check-ups included in the cost of the system. Joel was on time, very polite, professional, and skilled. He explained his tasks clearly to me.

I have been a customer of Sierra Pacific's Home and Comfort, Inc., for about 10 years.They have installed a Solar Electric System and replaced both of my heating/air conditioning systems. Sierra Pacific is a Great Company; always professional and friendly. David T. serviced my solar pool system today, and as usual, he did a first class job. I will continue to recommend Sierra Pacific to anyone looking for a great company, to build a solar system, or to repair home comfort systems.
