Jerral was excellent, he was able to address multiple issues I had with plumbing issues in my master shower and water heater. Very professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable. He made the repair process excellent in all aspects. Highest recommendation.
Bayonet Plumbing was provides such great, trusted, efficient and friendly service. My Heating / AC Technician was Russell Bellinger. He replaced the capacitor - which was under warranty and it looked like the fan motor was bad and needing replacing - since it would not spin. He said he decided to test it and see if he could unlodge it to spin and he got it to work! So, did not need to replace the motot! WOW - he said probably 2 in the hundreds he has had to replace have this happen - which saved us hundreds to replace. THANK YOU Russell for being an honest, knowledgeable technician. He also gave me advice around getting a surge protector - which I will consider in the future.
I've had a few experiences with Bayonet and each time I felt like they were doing their best to fix the situation that needed to be addressed and not to add on additional things.

Later we called them again for a different issue and Irvin and Gerald came out to help with an emergency situation after hours - they were here in less than and hour and took care of the issue quickly. Everything from the initial assessment of purchasing a new unit to installation was Outstanding. Each visit the team was punctual and communication was coordinated and clear. We would like to thank Kevin for his hard work and accurate assessment of the need for a new unit and relocation to a more suitable location for the air Handler. Joel and his team went above and beyond to install the unit in one day (a very long day. Started at 9am and kept working until nearly 10pm). Joel went through all the details for maintaining the unit to ensure years of service. The renters are hearing impaired and he spent a great deal of time explaining everything as they worked on installing the unit. He ensured they understood everything. I cannot thank the team enough for a wonderful install. They are very strong in communication and efficiency. Kudos to all that made this happen.
We had a great experience with Bayonet. Our tech Ryan came out after hours and quickly diagnosed our problem. He was able to fix our AC in under an hour. The price was fair and there was no upcharge for the visit being after hours/emergency. We will definitely use bayonet again.

We were notified prior to the technician's arrival as promised, this was very helpful. The technician was pleasant, efficient and respectful of our home. He was the first Bayonet technician to bring us a new air filter, first time in eight years. He worked quickly and quietly, overall a very good experience.
