My technician was Matthew Warner, he was great, and very professional. Called 15 minutes before his arrival, showed up and got the job done very quickly and efficiently. Company gave me a call this morning, scheduled service same day and fixed our plumbing leak. Definitely recommend their services.
The service was fantastic. They came, correctly diagnosed our issue and then proceeded to fix (unclog) our toilet, including successfully removing a small mesh screen filter inadvertently flushed down the toilet by a contractor. I will always call Bayonet. They are reliable and professional!
We just moved in to a new build in Clermont, FL and noticed that our line was backed up from some sort of construction debris. Our warranty company called Bayonet and they were out within a few hours. Edgardo Garay quickly recognized the issue and got to work! He didn't leave until everything was resolved and we were in working order again! Would def recommend him and the team.
Josh was awesome when our AC went out on a 94 degree day! He was polite and knowledgeable and explained exactly the problem he found and how he would resolve it. Josh fixed the AC promptly. Another positive experience with Bayonet.
James found and repaired a water leak that was costing me way too much. He went above and beyond in repairing the problem. He left the area neat and clean and explained everything to me. If I have any problems in the future I will definitely call Bayonet and request James. Thank you very much.
Josh was exceptional in every regard. He came out late on a Sunday (Super Bowl at that!) and quickly determined the issue. While he suspected I would need a new compressor, he nonetheless took the time to perform additional troubleshooting to see if there was anything he could do. When he realized it was not going to be possible, he ordered the parts and fast tracked them, and then returned to install two days later. Installed and verified everything was working properly before he left. Quality service by someone who takes pride in their work. He went above and beyond to ensure he checked everything possible to ensure we had confidence in our plumbing. He kept us informed every step of the process and answered any questions we had with utmost courtesy and respect, while being bluntly honest.
