Bayonet Plumbing was very helpful, efficient and friendly. My plumber was Edgardo Garay and he was the best plumber I've ever dealt with! Absolutely great customer service and incredibly helpful. Patiently answered all of my questions and even gave me helpful tips and advice.
Our water heater was leaking due to a defective tank and he helped me get it replaced and upgraded from the manufacturer under warranty claim, I only had to pay for the installation labor.
From now on, I will be calling Bayonet Plumbing and asking specifically for Edgardo. GREAT WORK!
Jack and Dylan were very friendly and knowledge about our sink issues. They were extremely efficient and communicative about the process. I love that Bayonet sent texts with tracking information to see when the technicians would arrive. It made it much easier to be prepared for their visit. Looking forward to working with these techs again when our new sink is delivered!
Jamie LeBron was Very professional, Very polite and fixed our a/c problem right away. It was after 6pm when he showed up and he didn’t make us feel like he was rushing to take care of us and he was in a great, happy mood which made us more relaxed about our situation.
